Here are three quick SEO tips to make sure your website is indexing in Google and to help get you more website traffic.

I know tip #1 seems like it should be a no-brainer, but many times people come to me and say, “My website is not indexing in Google. Why doesn’t it show up in the search results?”.

This is often caused by a developer leaving a noindex tag (sometimes noindex nofollow tag) when they are creating the site to keep it from ranking when it’s incomplete. Then they just forget to remove it when they deliver it to the client and the noindex tag specifically tells Google to never index the website!

Also, focusing on keywords for your blogs and page content can greatly help the number of keywords you rank for in Google. By thinking about keywords from a visitors perspective, you can gear your content toward what is more relevant and helpful to the visitor!
