How do you feel when a subscriber leaves your list? Are you devastated, mildly annoyed, or ambivalent? My guess is that it depends on how many people are on your list to begin with. If you have only 10, then one = 10%! If you have 100, then one = 1%. But if you have 1000, then when one leaves, you probably don’t even notice. But, a better question to ask is, “Does it matter that someone leaves your list regardless of how many people are on it?”
