Building a decent list is at least one of the following two things… Expensive, or extremely time-consuming… But, if you build your list the RIGHT way, you can actually start earning money as you build it – With minimum effort!
Now, I’m not saying that you can use these tactics if you’re lazy, because they will take some perseverance. But, if you stick at it, the whole process will become auto-pilot, and you’ll be able to sit back, and watch the profits roll in.
So, what exactly is it that I’m talking about?
I’m talking about cross-media marketing: In this instance, we’re going to be using direct mail marketing and email marketing in a specific system, designed to build an email (and physical) address list of BUYERS.
And if you’ve been doing your homework, you’ll know that a buyers list is work more than triple a normal subscribers list (of the same size).
Now, building a buyers list can be extremely expensive – But if you build an air-tight campaign, then you can get paid back your investment (plus a healthy profit) – All within a week of sending out the campaign itself.

Then read on, because what I’m about to tell you may seem a little outrageous at first, but once you get to see how it works, you’ll understand how you could make it work for your business.
So, here’s what we do…
1. The first step is to create a website that’s actually going to make sales (whatever your product / service may be). But if you don’t have one yet, there are tons of ways of getting your hands on pre-made products, and keeping 100% of the profit.
2. The next step is making sure you have somewhere for customers to join your email list when they make a purchase. This means that you’ll be able to build up a list, that only contains real buyers.
3. The next step is driving traffic to your website. Now, I’m sure you’ve already head of all of the online traffic available – BUT, you can still get strong, consistent results with good old direct mail. So we’re going to buy a list of people who are likely to be interested in our products, and then we’re going to send them a mailing piece that will entice them to come to our website.
If all goes well, a portion of these people will visit your website and make a purchase… With a good conversion rate, the purchases will pay for all of your marketing costs, and put some extra cash in your pocket – WHILST building your buyers list.
4. You can then contact your buyers with a follow-up offer – Time it right, and some of them will take you up on it!
Then what..?
5. Rinse and repeat! Use this method over and over again to build a huge list of hungry, loyal buyers who will buy from you again and again.
